It is a basically a diet about shifting or alternating the types of food you eat throughout the day. It has grown more to be a fact than a theory because of the amount of weight loss and success stories available. By using the Calorie Shifting Theory diet plan you can lose up to 9 pounds in 11 days. This weight loss is each and every time you do this diet. It does call for a 3 day break in between the diet itself before you can start it all over again. This break is actually part of the diet itself to keep your metabolism confused and burning plenty of calories.

  1. i always make sure that i dont consume too much Calories in my diet. a high calorie diet is bad for the heart so i always avoid high carb and high sugar diet.
