The Fatloss4idiots Diet - What is it and how does it work?

The Fatloss4idiots diet (also known as weight loss for idiots and fat loss for idiots) is a diet about shifting calories. It comes with an online diet generator (ie. the reason it’s for “idiots”) which automatically generates your meal plan for 11 days. You get to choose from over 35 different foods to create that meal plan. It generates 4 different meals per day. The meals are separated by type of calorie such as carbohydrates or proteins. By eating only that type of calorie each meal is supposed to help you burn more fat and increase your metabolism. This method is called “calorie shifting” or “calorie cycling”

The fatloss4idiots diet can be used over and over again. Let’s say you used the online diet generator and created a meal plan for the duration of the fatloss4idiots diet which is 11 days. After the 11 days, you should take a 3 day break, and then you can start it all over again. The 3 day break is actually part of the diet which is supposed to continue to keep your body’s metabolism confused (not knowing what type of calories you are eating and how much) and therefore your body continues to burn all of the calories you take in and also burns fat tissue as well.

My Fatloss4idiots Review - (and personal experience)

I tried the fatloss4idiots diet back during the holidays and did the diet 3 times in a row. I had gotten up to 235 pounds over the last few years and needed to lose a few pounds. Although the fatloss4idiots diet states that you can lose 9 pounds in 11 days every time you do the diet, isn’t true for everyone. My first try I lost 7 pounds. Then during the 3 day break, I had gained back 2 pounds. I started it all over again after the break and this time I lost 8 pounds. During the 3 day break here, I ate foods I wanted to eat but kept it to a minimum because I didn’t want to gain any weight. I did end up gaining 1 pound. I then started the diet again for a third time, and this time I lost a whopping 10 pounds! So at this point I was down to 213 pounds…and fitting into my old blue jeans.

Since then, I stopped the diet (only did it 3 times) but I did keep some of the eating habits such as trying to eat 4 meals per day (you actually don’t eat as much by doing so) and basically stopped drinking sodas. If I do need to get a caffeine kick, I’ll drink a diet soda…..but for the most part, I just drink water now. I am back up to 218 now and will probably do the diet again a few times…. My goal would be to get down below 200 lbs. I also ran across the Top Secret Fat Loss Secret program that is more of a colon cleanse than a weight loss system. I’ve been reading the site and it tells how we have waste inside our bodies that we need to get rid of and by doing so, you can lose some weight. I haven’t tried it yet, but I am seriously considering it to hopefully take me down below the 200 pound mark and then I can continue using the Fatloss4idiots program from there.
