The Absolute Way to Lose Weight Naturally and Fast

A lot of weight loss experts will tell you that the best ways to lose weight is either by following a low carb diet or by crash dieting. Some people even starve themselves in order to lose weight, while others look for artificial weight loss drugs that promise instant solutions. None of these remedies offer permanent results, and once you start eating normally, you will gain back all the weight you had lost. A far better way to lose weight is by using the long term weight loss plan that I am going to tell you about in this article.

The very first thing you need to realize is that food is not your enemy. However, excessive food is certainly your enemy, and more than that, excessive calorie-rich foods are your worst enemies. No one said that you need to starve yourself in order to lose weight. You can eat food but in moderate quantities. Too many times people stress themselves over calorie-counting.

While you need to count calories to an extent, just make sure you don't overdo it. Also make sure you are counting the number of meals you eat. For your information, you should never make the mistake of eating one large meal in a day. That is the quickest way to gain weight. Instead, break up that meal into three or four smaller meals and eat each of them  every two or three hours. Make sure you have your lunch and dinner.

You maybe thinking I am stupid enough to recommend you to have your dinner. No, I am not! You must have your dinner at least a couple of hours before you go to bed; this will stimulate your metabolism. And if you don't eat dinner, you are going to feel hungry anyway and then eat all those fatty and calorie-rich foods from your local fast food restaurant. Isn't it better to eat a few vegetables at dinner rather than gorging on a large burger? The former will help you lose weight while the latter will only help you gain more weight.

Apart from eating several small meals per day, you should also have several short sessions of workouts throughout the day. Don't try to exercise for three long hours if you have never exercised in your life. Instead, try to workout for fifteen minutes and do this several times per day; believe me this is very much doable!
